Cryptic Nights announce next project

We are delighted to announce that Cryptic Nights will present Colourdeaf at the CCA, Glasgow on the 7 & 8 June 2012.

Colour Deaf are a cross-disciplinary collective, offering audiences an alternative experience in visual art and live music through installation and sonic design.

Colour Deaf are Kayus Bankole (Boko), Sisi Lu (ftjelly) and Steven Morrison (Dandy Riots/COME collective). Their interactive, audio-visual pyramid installation allows the audience to conduct their environment through live visual feeds and trigger pads. Taking inspiration from hip-hop, electro and moombahton, their energetic, live performance experiences combine art-installation, live music, DJ set and fashion spectacle.

7th June 2012: installation, performance & fashion show, with designs from Ciorstaidh Monk.

8th June 2012: installation & performance, followed by an after party with a DJ set from Dandy Riots
